Power and Communications Duct Bank at Loral Skynet

We are currently working to upgrade the power and communications systems at the Loral Satellite Control Station in Northern California.  The completed project will include a 750 kW UPS system, new switchgear and a new 750 kW standby generator.  All of the work you see in these photos will be encased in concrete and then covered with soil, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't look good before that happens.

Replacing PG&E transformers with customer owned transformers at the Hyatt Regency at San Francisco Airport.

Installing the 12 kV metering system Hyatt SFO was tricky business.  All of the electric utility company equipment was replaced with with customer owned equipment and 12 kV metering switchgear was added. Coordination on these projects is critical to minimize customer down time.
