Power and Communications Duct Bank at Loral Skynet
You are viewing an underground conduit bank that is part of a power and communication systems
upgrade at the Loral Satellite Control Station in Northern California. The project includes a 750 kW UPS system, new switchgear and a new 750 kW standby generator. All of the work you see in these photos will be encased in concrete and then covered with soil, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't look good before that happens.
